Phase One Design - Marketing Strategy Planning & Execution
This package has been specifically curated for Phase One Design based on the Strategic Marketing Needs identified in the Marketing Assessment. This 6-month package includes:
Re-Definition of the POD Customer Journey (with a focus on Creating Dream Homeowners). This includes ensuring the channel activities are aligned with the desired customer brand experience, the development of a digital brand community, and an incorporated event strategy that generates both Connectedness and Consideration.
Definition & Management of Marketing KPI's (including ensuring all tracking mechanisms for leading indicators are in place and staffed).
Marketing Resource Planning (ensuring that Strategy, Content and Execution are all covered in terms of resource management, including direct management of any outsourced resources)
Content Strategy Design & Development (focused around content generated in conversation in a Weekly Live Series, the goal of the content strategy will be to generate conversations within the brand community). This also includes making updates to both the POD and Bliss websites to maintain alignment within the larger content strategy.
Personal Branding for Trusted Advisors (ensuring that the digital profiles of the customer-facing company resources are all aligned AND saying "Trusted Advisor")
Co-Creation of Opportunities with Partners (working together with the Builder Partners to generate leads within the defined Customer Journey and Content Strategy)
Digital Influence Creation Strategy & Training (framing and management of the activities required to achieve a 4.9 star review in the digital space AND how to connect with the right people digitally to enable that)
Brand Champion Connection Program (using the NPS methodology to identify brand advocates, CREATE brand advocates and enable brand advocates to continually contribute to the brand reputation)
The package will be billed at $2500 CAD monthly for 6 months, and can be renewed upon completion in additional 6 month terms. As part of the original project planning phase (once approved), Tracy will outline the expected deliverable dates for each of the above identified items. And additional terms will be associated with continual improvement and development of the POD Marketing Strategy.
Adhoc marketing support is also available through this package, although it may delay the identified deliverables. Any potential delay an adhoc request might create will be communicated by Tracy prior to execution, and will only be done if the adhoc project has MORE value to the business than the remaining strategic items.
