This package has been specifically curated for Phase One Design based on the Strategic Marketing Needs associated with the upcoming Bliss webinars, focused on lead generation for Q4 2024. The package includes:

  • Webinar Project Management (coordinate timelines & responsibilities, ensure planning conversations stay on track with defined objectives)

  • Content Development & Planning (write promotional copy for invitation emails, social media posts, and for the Zoom registration page, develop the Content Calendar associated with the event (pre- and post-))

  • Invitation Strategy Development & Support (enforce invitation strategy for POD team implementation)

  • Content Re-Purposing Strategy (outline how the webinar content can be re-purposed for best reach, create a content collection outline for what needs to be collected during the event to make the strategy executable)

  • Lead Nurturing Strategy (write nurture copy for follow-up campaign, create a post-webinar survey for attendees | registrants, focusing on collecting public reviews)

  • Reporting and Analytics (collect all KPI data associated with the event, provide a detailed report on attendance, engagement metrics, and performance, analyze marketing performance (email open rates, social media engagement, RSVP's) against lead generation results to identify conversion rates, re-incorporate learnings into future Marketing Strategy)

The package does NOT include the following items which will be handled by the POD Team:

  • Platform Setup and Registration Management (setting up Zoom, creating a branded registration page, managing attendee registration (sending confirmation emails, reminders)

  • Creative Development (designing promotional materials including social media graphics and email templates, preparing the webinar slide decks)

  • Promotional Distribution (sending out email campaign, posting on all social channels as per content calendar)

  • Personal Invitation Distribution & Speaker Preparation (Kathy & Colin)

  • Live Technical Support (live technical support for speakers and attendees, troubleshooting issues, moderating the webinar platform including any Q&A, polls, or chat management, recording)

  • Content Re-Purposing (video editing for follow-up thought-leadership content, re-publishing content on YouTube)

  • Follow-Up Campaign Execution (distribute follow-up email with survey, links to recording + additional resources)
